Capricorn.  This week does not look like being a good time to spend a whole lot of money on new ideas and plans.  It looks like there might just be something considerably wrong in your plans so it would be worth spending some time going back over them to make sure that they are exactly what you had written down. From next week, things look much better for you to move forward.  There may be even be some benefits in keeping things a surprise until that time.
